Asking for a Guaranteed Reservation
Making a reservation with Ripples Holidays is "easy".
Just mail us your requirements in detail.  As soon as we receive your request, we will revert back to you with the details regarding the services requested by you.
It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours.

Confirming a Reservation
What happens when I make a reservation?
All reservations enquiries will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the service you requested has been fully booked.

How much Advance do I pay and when? 
Normal Time - 50 % of the Invoice Amount.
During festival periods, weekends, high season or special events - 100 % of Invoice Amount.

How to make the Balance Payment and when?
Balance Payment to be settled directly to the respective service provider on Arrival or Before availing the service.

What sort of Acknowledgement will I receive when I book a room?
When the booking is confirmed (by email), you are requested to deposit the Advance Payment (into our Bank Account) towards Confirmation before the Cut Off Date Provided in the Mail.
Upon receipt of the Advance Payment into our Account, your reservation will be confirmed and a Service Voucher will be issued.

What is a Service Voucher?
Once the service is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a Service Voucher detailing all the reservation conditions. We invite you to make a printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in or availing the service. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.

How long does it take to get a Confirmation?
Normally 24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...) after the Advance Payment reaches our Bank Account.  
It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Room Reservation?

If you cancel the Room Reservation:
Cancellation Charges

• More than 45 days preceding your check-in date: You pay 10% on invoice amount (Banking Fee + Administration Fee).
• 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date: You pay 25% on Total Invoice Amount.
• 30 days to 15 days preceding your check-in date: 50% of Total Invoice Amount.
• 15 days preceding your check-in date or No Show: 100% of Total Invoice Amount.
• For booking during High Peak Season (19th December to 05th January): 100% of the Total Invoice Amount.

Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% Cancellation Charges on Total Invoice Amount.
• If a booking is cancelled before 30 days and within 45 days of arrival, there will be 25% Cancellation Charges on Total Invoice Amount.
• If a booking is cancelled before 15 days and within 30 days of arrival, there will be 50% Cancellation Charge on Total Invoice Amount.
• If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival or No Show, there will be 100% Cancellation Charges.
• If booking is cancelled during the High Peak Season (19th December to 05th January) there will be 100% Cancellation Charges on the Total Invoice Amount.

Any policies dictated by the service provider will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
Also be informed that Cancellation has to be made through the corresponding Email ID’s that you receive the confirmation from.  We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.
In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, Govt. Tax, Fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.
Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis.
